STMicroelectronics SGT G-HEMT™ E-Mode PowerGaN Transistors are high‑performance, enhancement‑mode (normally‑off) GaN devices designed to deliver exceptionally fast switching, low conduction losses, and high power density across demanding power‑conversion applications.
