TE Connectivity AMP+ HVA 280 High-Voltage Interconnection System
TE Connectivity's (TE) AMP+ HVA 280 High-Voltage Interconnection System is designed for low- to medium-current applications and offers a wide range of design possibilities. The AMP+ HVA 280 system features finger-proof, touch-safe, two- or three-position, low- to medium-current plugs and headers that improve manufacturability and packaging. The multiple latching options and integrated internal high-voltage interlock (HVIL) enable package size optimization and routing flexibility for electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid (HEV) device and wire harness applications. TE AMP+ HVA 280 High-Voltage Interconnection System offers a current-carrying capability up to 40A at +85°C and a cable range of 2mm2 to 4mm2. The connectors and headers can be utilized with multi-core or individually shielded wire. Typical applications include battery packs, onboard chargers, electric headers, DC/DC converters, and high-voltage power distribution.
