Texas Instruments LM5137F/LM5137F-Q1 Synchronous Buck Controllers

Texas Instruments LM5137F/LM5137F-Q1 Synchronous Buck Controllers are 100% duty-cycle capable and ASIL B or ASIL D functional safety-compliant. This 80V dual-channel buck controller utilizes an interleaved, stackable, peak current-mode architecture for easy loop compensation and fast transient response. This architecture also offers excellent load and line regulation and accurate current sharing with paralleled phases for high output current. The LM5137F-Q1 series is AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified for automotive applications and includes several features that simplify compliance with CISPR 25 and automotive EMI requirements. The 6mm x 6mm thermally enhanced, 36-pin VQFN package provides additional pin clearance for extra reliability and wettable flank pins to expedite optical inspection during manufacturing.

Texas Instruments LM5137F/LM5137F-Q1 Synchronous Buck Controllers are designed for applications requiring enhanced robustness and durability. Ideal applications include automotive electronic systems, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), infotainment systems, instrument clusters, and high-voltage battery-operated systems.
