MicroSiP™ Modules
MicroSiP™ Modules are ideal for space-constrained applications. Use MicroSiP™ modules to reduce board area from the intermediate voltage rail to the point-of-load in applications with space and height limitations while providing enhanced system performance.
Leaded Modules
Leaded Modules allow for easy prototyping and manufacturing and are offered in standard size and lead pitch. EXT options are available for increased robustness. Leaded Modules have a VIN up to 42V and an IOUT up to 10A.
QFN Modules
QFN SIMPLE SWITCHER power modules integrate a DC/DC converter, inductor, and passives into a small, thin QFN package. As few as three external components are required for high-performance and high-density point-of-load design - making the layout extremely simple.
