Texas Instruments CC1110F32 Sub-1GHz System-on-Chip
Texas Instruments CC1110F32 is a sub-1GHz system-on-chip (SoC) for low-power wireless applications. TI CC1110F32 SoC devices combine the excellent performance of the CC1101 RF transceiver with an industry-standard enhanced 8051 microcontroller (MCU), up to 32KB of in-system programmable flash memory, and up to 4KB RAM. The TI CC1110F32 is designed for use in low-power SoC wireless applications operating in the 315/433/868/915 MHz ISM/SRD bands. These TI SoC devices can also be used in wireless alarm and security systems, industrial monitoring and control, and wireless sensor networks.Features
