Texas Instruments SM320F28335 C2000™ Delfino Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) are highly integrated, high-performance solutions for demanding control applications. TI F28335 Delfino DSCs support extreme temperature applications by functioning in a -55°C to +210°C temperature range. The TI SM320F28335 features high-performance static CMOS technology that runs at up to 150MHz over a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and up to 100MHz at +210°C. TI F28335 DSCs include a high-performance 32-bit CPU, a six-channel DMA controller, and on-chip memory of 256K x 16 flash and 34K x 16 SARAM.
