Small Signal Zener Diodes
- 1mm x 0.6mm x 0.45mm leadless ultra-small package
- Surface-mounted device (SMD) in a plastic package with visible and sidewall plated / wettable flanks
- Power dissipation is better than SOT-23

Small Signal Schottky and Switching Diodes
- Only 10% PCB board space consumption compared with traditional SOD/T packages

ESD Protection Diodes
- Bidirectional symmetrical (BiSy) 2-line in the compact DFN1110-3A package with wettable flanks
- Bidirectional asymmetrical (BiAs) single-line in the compact DFN1006-2A package with side-wettable terminals
- Due to the short leads and small size of the DFN1006-2A package, the device’s line inductance is very low, allowing fast transients such as an ESD strike to be clamped with minimal over- or undershoots
- Saves space over solutions in SOT packages
- Provides protection of high-speed data lines against transient voltage signals
