Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP® SMPC TVS Diodes
Vishay General Semiconductors eSMP® SMPC TVS Diodes are 1500W, surface-mount, transient voltage suppressors (TVS) with a 27% smaller footprint than the traditional SMC package. The SMPC devices are developed to protect sensitive equipment from voltage transients, induced by inductive load switching and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes provide a peak forward surge current of 200A with efficient clamping capability. Vishay General Semiconductors eSMP SMPC TVS Diodes feature low incremental surge resistance and fast response time. The series is ideal for automated placement.Vishay General Semiconductors Surface-Mount TransZorb® Transient Voltage Suppressors are 1500W, surface-mount TransZorb devices with a low profile of 1.1mm. The series provides breakdown voltages from 6.7V to 42.4V and ideal clamping capability from 10V to 58.1V. The SMPC series has a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and a peak forward surge current of 200A.
Vishay Surface-Mount PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors feature 1500W in a surface-mount package. This TPS series offers a low profile of 1.1mm and a breakdown voltage of 6.8V to 43V. The devices have high-temperature stability in high-reliability conditions, with patented PAR® construction for a temperature range of -65°C to +185°C. Other features include convenient clamping capability from 10.5V to 61.9V. The TPC series are qualified to AEC-Q101 standards.
