Vishay General Semiconductor VX80M100PW Dual Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers offer 100V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage with 2 x 40A maximum average forward rectified current in a TO-247AD 3L case. The VX80M100PW series offers offer low forward voltage drop, low power losses, and high-efficiency operation. Vishay VX80M100PW Dual TMBS Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and utilize Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology. These modules are ideal for use in high-frequency DC/DC converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diodes, and reverse battery protection applications.
