Vishay / Draloric RCV e3 & RCV-AT High Voltage Thick Film Resistors

Vishay / Draloric RCV e3 and RCV-AT High Voltage Thick Film Resistors offer high operating voltage of up to 3kV for the 2512 size and a resistance value of up to 100MΩ. These resistors are constructed using a metal glaze on high-quality ceramic. Vishay / Draloric RCV e3 and RCV-AT High Voltage Thick Film Resistors provide temperature coefficients down to 100ppm. Both series operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range.

RCV-AT e3 resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified, making them suitable for inverters for (H)EV cars, onboard chargers, and DC-DC converters. The RCV e3 resistors are also ideal for E-meters, AC power supplies, and inverters for industrial drives, air conditioning, and white goods.
