Qorvo QPA9903EVB01 1805MHz to 1880MHz Evaluation Board is designed for the QPA9903 high-efficiency amplifier. The QPA9903 1805MHz to 1880MHz 0.5W High-Efficiency Amplifier targets Band 3 small-cell wireless infrastructure systems. The QPA9903 is housed in a 5mm x 5mm SMT package and is pin-to-pin compatible with QPA9908 (band 8 high-efficiency small cell PA).
