Texas Instruments AFE539A4EVM Evaluation Module evaluates the performance and functionality of the 10-bit AFE539A4 smart Analog Front End (AFE) for Thermoelectric Cooling (TEC) control. This easy-to-use module includes an onboard controller for interface with the GUI. The AFE539A4EVM module features ±1LSB maximum Integral Non-Linearity (INL) at 5V output and integrated state machine preprogrammed as a Proportional-Integral (PI) controller. This module is used in lasers, chemistry and gas analyzers, robot sensing modules, mechanically scanning LIDARs, and mobile robot sensing modules.
