Texas Instruments ISO5852SDWEVM-017 Evaluation Module (EVM)
Texas Instruments ISO5852SDWEVM-017 Evaluation Module (EVM) is a compact, dual-channel isolated gate driver board. This evaluation module provides drive, bias voltages, protection, and diagnostic needed for half-bridge Sic MOSFET and IGBT Power Modules in a standard 62mm package. This evaluation module is based on a 5.7kVrms reinforced isolation driver (ISO5852SDW) in a SOIC-16DW package with 8.0mm creepage and clearance. The evaluation module includes SN6505 B-based isolated bias supplies and temperature and bus voltage isolated monitoring by amplifiers (AMC1401).
