Texas Instruments SN74AHC240/SN74AHC240-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers
Texas Instruments SN74AHC240/SN74AHC240-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers are designed to improve the density and performance of clock drivers, 3-state memory-address drivers, and bus-oriented transmitters and receivers. These devices are organized as two 4-bit buffers/line drivers with separate output-enable (OE\) inputs. The device passes data from the A inputs to the Y outputs when OE\ is low. When OE\ is high, the outputs are in the high-impedance state. The Texas Instruments SN74AHC240-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
- Low delay, 4.3ns (typ.) (25°C, 5V)
- Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17
Applications
- Handset (smartphone)
- Network switch
- Health fitness and wearables
