PLDS20J & PLDS20JH Rectifiers
Taiwan Semiconductor PLDS20J and PLDS20JH Rectifiers are 20A, 600V standard rectifiers with low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability. These rectifiers feature 152pF junction capacitance and operate at -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range. The PLDS20J and PLDS20JH standard rectifiers are the lead for automated placement, and the PLDS20JH rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified. These rectifiers are RoHS compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and come in a D2PAK-D package. The PLDS20J and PLDS20JH rectifiers are used in Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS), general-purpose, onboard charger, and Totem-pole PFC applications.
